The prime focus of the company is to ensure everyone has a luxury experience and they leave looking and feeling beautiful. Policies
Deposit & Refund Policy
To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of $20 that goes towards the total cost of the service.
The remaining balance for the service booked must be paid on the day of the appointment.
Refunds will only be issued in case of emergency situations that prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. In such cases, we may waive the cancellation fee and issue a full refund of the deposit, which may only apply when communicated to us.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment without communication will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours WITH communication will be subject to a $20 cancellation/rescheduling fee.
In case of emergency situations or illnesses, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
Late & No-Call No-Show
There will be a $10 late fee after being 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service.
No- Call No-Show results in a automatic charge of 50% of the total cost of the service and potentially lose the privilege to book any future appointments with us.
